How to Write a YouTube Script Fast (Without Sounding Scripted)

Most creators either wing it and ramble, or over-script and sound like a hostage reading a statement. The fast middle path is a script that starts as speech, because then it already sounds like you.

Write the hook before anything else

The first fifteen seconds decide the video. Write three different hooks: a question, a bold claim, and a cold open mid-action. Pick the one you would keep watching. If you cannot find a hook, you have a topic, not a video, park it and move on.

Talk the first draft
